Together For Health:

Together For Health is a family health program which enrolls Individuals and families experiencing barriers to good health such as affordable health care, mental health support, health insurance, dental care, nutritious food, safe and affordable housing, and educational opportunities.

Services include consultations with the Community Health Coordinator, referrals to community services, advocacy, and assistance with accessing care.  The program is open to Myers-Wilkins families and those living in the surrounding neighborhoods.

In November, we will be offering help with winterization in homes.  We can help put plastic on your windows and install new smoke detectors.
